Areas of Practice
Jennifer Wyatt has experience defending employers in employment and complex commercial disputes in state and federal court, including claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge, ERISA and wage and hour violations. Jennifer has also negotiated and drafted employee handbooks, employment contracts and independent contractor agreements.
Jennifer is actively involved in state and national organizations committed to developing diversity and professionalism in the legal profession. She is Vice Chair of the American Bar Association Women Rainmakers Committee and a member of the Washington State Bar Association Professionalism Committee and Committee for Diversity. Jennifer is also a board member of Mother Attorneys Mentoring Association of Seattle.
