Bowe Joins Lane Powell’s Labor and Employment Practice Group
Rachel M. Bowe has joined Lane Powell as an Attorney in the Labor and Employment Practice Group. Bowe will focus her practice on employment counseling and litigation matters, including wage and hour, enforcement of restrictive covenants and employment agreements, and FMLA and discrimination claims. Bowe has defended clients against race, age, gender, and disability discrimination and retaliation claims, and she frequently represents clients in business tort disputes. Bowe also has significant experience in nationwide, complex litigation, including class actions. She takes a strategic and practical approach to litigation, partnering with her clients and keeping their business objectives at the forefront. She has experience representing clients in both state and federal court jurisdictions across the country.
In addition to her employment law practice, Bowe is strongly committed to serving the legal needs of the economically disadvantaged and advancing diversity initiatives for the legal profession. She is a dedicated volunteer for the King County Housing Clinic, and was an avid volunteer for the Children’s Law Center of Minnesota and Volunteer Lawyers Network.
Bowe earned her J.D., cum laude, from Hamline University School of Law, and her B.A., cum laude, in Political Science from Luther College.
