Doug Wheeler has an active business practice focusing on resort development and interval ownership projects, real estate and business transactions, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, secured transactions (including personal property leasing, fractional ownership and timeshare), asset based lending, and creditor-debtor law (including loan workouts and restructuring, forbearance agreements, deeds in lieu, and non-judicial and judicial foreclosures). Doug is a member of the Washington State Bar Association.

  • Vacation Internationale — General outside counsel for timeshare program.
  • Holiday Resales — General outside counsel for leading timeshare resales company.
  • Compass Cooperative — General outside counsel for travel and leisure club.
  • Primary U.S. counsel in the acquisition of Façonnable, a designer of high quality apparel and accessories for men and women.
  • Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center — All aspects of construction of its Seattle campus, including property assemblage, contract preparation and related activities.
