  • Inn of the Seventh Mountain, Bend, Oregon – Developed legal documentation for fractional ownership program within restrictions of existing governing documents that prohibited timeshare ownership.
  • Blackbird Lodge, Leavenworth, Washington – Conversion of existing hotel into points-based timeshare program, including hypothecation financing for cash-flow requirements.
  • Bridges at Moses Pointe, Moses Point, Washington – Conversion from a fractional ownership program to a traditional condominium development with optional fractional ownership option.
  • Nordstrom, Inc. – Primary U.S. counsel in the acquisition of Façonnable, a designer, wholesaler and retailer of high quality apparel and accessories for men and women.
  • Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center – All aspects of construction of its Seattle campus, including property assemblage, contract preparation and related activities.
