David L. Young is a Certified Public Accountant with an active litigation practice focusing on complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on securities litigation. He has a wide range of experience that includes director and officer liability, class action defense and banking litigation. He has substantial experience representing broker/dealers in FINRA, NASD and NYSE customer disputes, regulatory investigations and non-competition agreement disputes. David was also named a “Rising Star” for 2002-2010 by Washington Law and Politics magazine.
