Jeff Gingold is a business attorney with a practice focus in health care, insurance regulation and sports law. He represents healthcare and insurance industry clients including carriers, producers, administrators, associations and professional soccer clients. Jeff has handled a wide range of transactional matters ranging from contract preparation and negotiation to mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive experience in handling insurance regulatory issues including contested and negotiated compliance and enforcement matters, license qualifications and surrenders, acquisitions and sales, and holding company act issues. Jeff also practices sports law and is a Players’ Agent licensed by the United States Soccer Federation in accordance with FIFA regulations.
