Representative Matters and Clients
- Successfully represented homeowner in a breach of fiduciary duty and construction defect case against the contractor and real estate agent. Jury awarded client over $500,000 in damages against real estate agent and court awarded client their attorney fees. The judgment was upheld on appeal.
- Defended municipality in a breach of contract lawsuit brought by general contractor based on alleged differing site condition encountered
- Defended design professional in a lawsuit brought by the design-builder of a public works project for cost overrun associated with alleged errors in design.
- Successfully represented public entity in a lawsuit against design professional for breach of contract and negligence based on design professional’s defective design. The case settled and client recovered over $2 million.
