Mick Fleming is Co-Chair of the Firm’s Real Estate Litigation Practice Group and is a member of the Corporate Finance and Securities department. He focuses his practice on complex dispute resolution and also handles a number of business mergers and acquisitions. Mick has also worked on a number of complex real estate finance transactions.

  • Shoen v. Amerco, Inc., arbitration, Reno, Nevada
    • Represented shareholder in successful enforcement of registration rights agreement taking public the parent company of U-Haul Truck Rental Company
  • Zeta Music Systems Inc. v. Gibson Guitar Co., Arbitration, San Francisco, CA
    • Federal court enforcement action, represented Zeta in an action to recind merger agreement and recover damages in excess of $1 million for breach of fiduciary duty.
  • Gerry Sportswear Co. v. Amerex USA Inc, Arbitration, New York City
    • Represented former owner of sportswear company in an action for breach of the acquisition and employment agreements by Amerex USA Inc, collecting in excess of $2 million in damages and fees.
  • Labor Ready Inc., Initial Public Offering
    • Represented Van Kasper Securities, the lead underwriter in this $34 million initial public offering of Labor Ready stock and the listing on NASDAQ’s National Market System.
  • Amerco, Inc., Follow on offering
    • Represented the selling shareholder in this registration and sale of $10 million of his Amerco stock.
