Federal District Court Bars Publication of Sequel to Gone With The Wind

A federal district court in Atlanta recently barred the publication and distribution of a book called The Wind Done Gone, on the ground that it was an unauthorized sequel to Gone With The Wind, and not a legitimate parody. Suntrust Bank v. Houghton Mifflin Co. (N.D. Ga., April 20, 2001).
