Garrett Crawshaw focuses his practice on real estate transactions, commercial leasing, real estate finance and secured lending (representing both borrowers and lenders, with an emphasis on loan documentation, loan restructuring, forbearances, workouts and loan enforcement). Garrett’s loan enforcement and commercial litigation practice includes commercial real property and UCC foreclosures, prejudgment remedies, and bankruptcy representation. Having owned and operated his own general contracting business, Garrett has substantial practical experience with the myriad of issues and concerns surrounding real estate, construction projects and related finance issues.
