Areas of Practice
June Campbell is a member of the Firm’s Railroad and Mass Transportation Team, focusing on representation of railroads in FELA litigation, wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury litigation. She also is a member of the Firm’s Long Term Care and Seniors Housing Team, focusing on representation of health care providers in personal injury litigation. In addition, June’s practice includes defense of product liability claims, insurance coverage issues and professional liability litigation. She has extensive experience in state and federal courts in Washington, including representing manufacturers in product liability and toxic tort litigation, and insurers and insured businesses in complex insurance coverage litigation. June is a member of the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel (“NARTC”) and has been both a speaker at NARTC conferences and contributing author of NARTC publications.
