Wells to Speak at Securities Fraud Seminar (Seattle)

Lane Powell Shareholder Christopher Wells is speaking at a National Business Institute seminar titled, “Securities Fraud: Prosecuting and Defending Securities Fraud Claims & Defense of Regulatory Action” taking place June 23, 2008, in Seattle at the Washington State Convention and Trade Center. Wells will speak from 9 – 10 a.m. about defending claims brought by regulators, which includes topics such as SEC investigations and enforcement action, FINRA and DFI regulatory actions and coordinating regulatory inquires with civil actions.
