Smith to Speak at Advanced Sediments Conference

On June 5, 2008, Lane Powell attorney Alex Smith will be speaking at the Sixth Annual Advanced Sediment Conference, sponsored by the Environmental Law Education Center. The conference brings together diverse environmental professionals to discuss the latest regulatory, legal, technical and policy developments in the world of contaminated sediment.
