We will cover how recent laws, regulations and court cases affect obligations under employee benefit plans. Specifically, we will discuss how recent developments affect fiduciary duties and suggest some practical steps you can take to protect plans and fiduciaries. Our main focus will be on 401(k) plans, but we will discuss other types of plans as well.
