Current Issues in Washington Commercial Real Estate (Seattle)
Lane Powell Attorneys Joe Lynam, Tim Jones, Andrew Gabel and Abe Lorber will present “Current Issues in Washington Commercial Real Estate” at the Building Owners and Managers Association (“BOMA”) of Seattle King County’s Core Curriculum Seminar from 8:30-11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 19. The seminar will include a wide range of topics including: changes to laws impacting real estate brokers; property management agreements; basics on distressed properties and short sales; foreclosure issues; the economic loss rule; and labor and industries requirements. The seminar is primarily directed at real estate brokers and property managers. All Washington real estate brokers are required to take this course every two years to satisfy their licensing requirements, as set by the Washington State Department of Licensing. The event will take place in the Fourth Floor Conference Room of the U.S. Bank Centre in downtown Seattle.
