Cloutier Joins Lane Powell’s Intellectual Property and Technology Practice Group
Priya Sinha Cloutier has joined Lane Powell as Counsel to the Firm in the Intellectual Property and Technology Practice Group, where she will focus her practice on patent prosecution, trademark prosecution, and intellectual property litigation and licensing.
Prior to joining Lane Powell, Cloutier was special counsel to the firm at Karr Tuttle Campbell. She has experience representing multi-million dollar corporations, start-ups, entrepreneurs, artists and small businesses in intellectual property matters, including IP litigation for patent, trademark and copyright infringement in both state and federal courts. Cloutier also works with overseas counsel and manages multiple international patent and trademark portfolios. She is certified by the National Association of Patent Practitioners and currently serves as chair of the association’s Government Affairs Committee.
Cloutier earned her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law and her B.S. in Nuclear Engineering from the University of New Mexico, Albuquerque.
