Areas of Practice

Kelly Lipscomb focuses her practice in the areas of labor and employment law and general litigation. She has represented employment clients in arbitration proceedings and collective bargaining, and she advises them in all phases of labor and employment matters, including wage and hour, FMLA, sex, race and disability discrimination issues. Additionally, Kelly drafts employee handbooks and conducts workplace training for employees on harassment and discrimination policies as well as best practices for management. Kelly also represents national companies in claims involving consumer banking laws and long term care facilities in Washington. Kelly has also served as a Human Resources Director for a large organization.
