First Annual CO-OP Director Training Course (Spokane, Wash.)

Lane Powell Shareholder Bill Hutchison will present “Why the Business Judgment Rule Matters to Cooperative Boards” at the First Annual CO-OP Director Training Course January 8-9.  His presentation will explore the application of the business judgment rule by directors and officers of cooperatives.  The training course will be held at the Red Lion Hotel at the Park in Spokane, Wash.
