Cozette Tran-Caffee represents clients in a broad range of commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution proceedings, including employee benefits and life, health, and disability claims, as well as ERISA and breach of fiduciary duty claims.

Cozette is also experienced in real estate, eminent domain, and a variety of administrative proceedings, including land use proceedings, with a focus on land use entitlements for retailers, developers and property owners.
