The Madrid Protocol and the Community Trademark System (Seattle)
Lane Powell will be hosting the International Trademark Association’s (“INTA”) TMA Roundtable in the Fourth Floor Conference Room in the US Bank Centre in Seattle on October 24. Lane Powell Attorneys Fran Jagla and Tiffany Scott Connors are co-hosts of the event. The topic will be “The Madrid Protocol and CTMs.” The Roundtable will discuss the use of both the Madrid Protocol and the Community Trademark System, and will help identify opportunities for trademark owners to streamline their portfolios, enhance their protection and save money at the same time. The International Trademark Association is a not-for-profit membership association dedicated to the support and advancement of trademarks and related intellectual property as elements of fair and effective commerce, and the TMA portion is directed toward trademark administrators, paralegals and young practitioners.
