Lane Powell was also recognized for its strong commercial litigation practice, from matters involving tort disputes and employment law, to enhancements to the Firm’s banking, securities and real estate practices.
In Washington, Shareholders Stanton P. Beck, Barbara J. Duffy, Rudy A. Englund and Gail E. Mautner were named “local litigation stars.” Shareholders Steve D. Jensen and Gwendolyn C. Payton were named “future stars.” In Oregon, Shareholders Craig D. Bachman and Milo Petranovich were recognized as “local litigation stars.”
Recommendations are based on interviews with the nation’s leading private practice lawyers and in-house counsel. All listed firms and individuals were consistently mentioned during the Benchmark research process, with those who earn a “highly recommended” designation receiving the most mentions and held as dominant in their particular jurisdiction.
