Clackamas Community Land Trust’s Juneberry Lane Project Receives ‘Outstanding Affordable Project Award’
Clackamas Community Land Trust (“CCLT”) recently received the Home Green Home LEED “Outstanding Affordable Project Award” for the Juneberry Lane Project. The LEED Platinum project was built on a high-density infill property and consists of 12 duplex-style homes on .73 acres in Oregon City, Ore. This project provides permanently affordable homes for families with modest incomes. Lane Powell congratulates CCLT in receiving this award and sponsors CCLT in its mission “to provide permanently affordable homeownership opportunities and related educational resources to people of modest means.” Lane Powell Shareholder Mike Silvey was the president during this project’s development and currently serves on CCLT’s Board of Directors.
In addition, CCLT’s annual fundraising event “Raise the Roof” is November 10. For more information about CCLT and the event, view the website.
