Lane Powell Featured in The Alaska-Washington Connection Magazine

Lane Powell and its Anchorage, Ala., office were featured in The Alaska-Washington Connection. The annual magazine focused its 2011 issue on the Port of Seattle, which is celebrating its centennial anniversary this year, as well as showcased businesses that are thriving in Alaska-Washington trade. Lane Powell was named as one of these successful businesses in the article “Mining Boosts AK-WA Trade” (PDF), which stated that “These companies are not only surviving in these tough economic times, but also enhancing the lives of their customers, employees and neighbors. … Lane Powell PC, for example, [is] a Washington-based business that offer[s] unique products and services that fuel their ongoing success.”

In addition, Lane Powell was also mentioned in the article “Mines Emerge as Key Support For Economy” (PDF), which stated that “The Alaska mining industry also calls on the Alaska-Washington service sector for ongoing support with legal, financial, insurance and employment-related services. Firms such as Seattle-based Lane Powell PC … fill vital niches in this area with six locations … in ever-expanding networks of resources in the Pacific Northwest and beyond.”
