Areas of Practice
Kristen Tranetzki focuses her practice in litigation, including securities litigation and banking and lender liability. Prior to joining Lane Powell, Kristen participated in a large-scale investigation of violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”) at a major multinational corporation, where she assisted on-site investigative teams in China, India and Germany. She also represented corporate clients in a wide variety of matters, including regulatory investigations, contractual disputes, and a whistleblower lawsuit, as well as provided advice on products liability and compliance. In 2006 through 2007, Kristen served as a judicial clerk to Chief Justice Shirley Abrahamson of the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
