NAPE’s Lee Nusich Scholarship Recipients Graduate
Lane Powell congratulates the 2011 Lee Nusich scholarship recipients on their recent graduation! Established by the Naa Amerley Palm Education (“NAPE”) Foundation, this scholarship was named for Lee Nusich, Lane Powell Counsel to the Firm in the Portland office and the Chairman of NAPE’s Board of Trustees, as a tribute to both his and Lane Powell’s support, which were instrumental in obtaining funding for the scholarships. The scholarship has helped students in Ghana attend Universities by providing monetary assistance with tuition, textbooks and residential facility user fees. This year, eight scholarship recipients earned their Bachelor of Science degrees with varying focuses ranging from Business Administration to Computer Science to Management Information Systems. Graduates include: Afua Serwaa Biney, Josephina Naa Lamiokor Lamptey, Mohammed Lukman Teeko, Emmanuel Gyane, Francis Asante, Henry Nii Odartey Cleland, Anthony Mensah-Kumah and Casely Fiifi Okyere.
