Heston to Speak at the 24th Annual Northwest Bankruptcy Institute (Portland)

Lane Powell Shareholder Mary Jo Heston will present at the 24th Annual Northwest Bankruptcy Institute, co-sponsored by the Oregon State Bar (“OSB”) Debtor-Creditor Section and the Washington State Bar Association (“WSBA”) Creditor-Debtor Rights Section. The event will take place at the Portland Hilton and Executive Tower April 8-9. Heston will present “Reorganization vs. Liquidation in Chapter 11 Cases” on April 8, at 3 p.m. Cost to attend is $405 for early registration (by March 18), or $425 for regular registration (after March 18). The WSBA and OSB conference counts for 8.75 general OSB Continued Legal Education (“CLE”) credits and 1 Ethics credit, or 8.25 general WSBA CLE credits and 1 Ethics credit.
