Lane Powell Announces New Shareholders

Lane Powell is pleased to announce that two attorneys in its Portland and Anchorage offices have been elected to shareholder.

Todd M. Beutler (Portland) has an internationally oriented practice focused on sophisticated tax, business and estate planning for a broad range of public and private companies, family businesses and high net worth individuals, with an emphasis on tax, trust and estate controversy matters. He received his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida, his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Toledo and his B.A. from Miami University.

Andrea E. Girolamo-Welp (Anchorage) focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation with an emphasis in insurance defense, including bad faith litigation and coverage issues, environmental law, products liability defense, personal injury, class actions, employment law, and professional liability defense of dentists, attorneys, real estate licensees and other professionals. She received her J.D., cum laude, from Boston University School of Law and her B.A., with distinction, from Yale University.
