Lindquist Elected to the the ALI

Lane Powell Shareholder Malcolm Lindquist became a member of the American Law Insititute (“ALI”). The ALI is a very selective and distinguished group of judges, lawyers and legal scholars, who are accomplished professionally and have demonstrated an interest in improving and clarifying the law. ALI membership is a distinct professional honor, and the number that can be admitted to the Institute is limited to 3,000.
