Wackerbarth Elected Regional VP for National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel

Lane Powell Shareholder Tim Wackerbarth has been elected Regional Vice President of the Pacific Region for the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel (“NARTC”) for the 2008-2009 year. The NARTC is a group of approximately 1,000 attorneys who defend railroads and their subsidiary companies. Founded in 1955, the association provides a vehicle for the exchange of ideas among members and helps them keep up-to-date on the latest developments in the law affecting railroad litigation.
