Marney Joins Lane Powell

Carin A. Marney has joined Lane Powell as a Shareholder in the Complex Litigation Practice Group and the Long Term Care and Seniors Housing Client Service Team, where she focuses her practice on the representation of skilled care facilities in cases involving allegations of malpractice, negligent hiring/supervision, neglect, and abuse of vulnerable adults resulting in wrongful death or personal injury. She also practices in other areas of civil litigation, including the defense of individuals and businesses in personal injury, commercial and professional malpractice claims, product liability and insurance coverage litigation.

Prior to joining Lane Powell, Marney was a partner at Williams Kastner and also worked as an associate attorney at Johnson Christie Andrews & Skinner and the Roach Law Group, respectively. She received her J.D., magna cum laude, from the Gonzaga University School of Law and her B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington.
