Lindsay Successfully Argues Measure 49 Home Expansion Claim in Front of Cannon Beach City Council

On Tuesday, June 3, the Cannon Beach City Council voted 3-1 to allow a couple to proceed with their home expansion, which had been on hold for years due to Measure 37/49. Lane Powell attorney Shawn Lindsay successfully argued that the homeowners had a common law vested interest because they already spent enough on the project under Clackamas County vs. Holmes.
