Vogt Joins Lane Powell

Carolyn M. Vogt has joined Lane Powell as a Shareholder in the Corporate Finance and Securities Practice Group.

Prior to joining Lane Powell, Vogt worked at NACCO Materials Handling Group, Inc. as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, and managed the Legal and Risk Management Department. Prior to NACCO, she was a Partner at Stoel Rives LLP in the Corporate and Energy Practice Groups, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, international transactions, public and private equity and debt financing and general counsel representation. Her additional experience includes working as an Associate at Choate, Hall and Stewart in Boston and as a law clerk for the Honorable Rya W. Zobel, U.S. District Court of Massachusetts.

Vogt received her J.D. from Stanford University and her B.A. in English from Rice University, magna cum laude.
