Calo Interviewed on KOIN-TV News about Shopping Online Safely

Lane Powell shareholder Bob Calo was interviewed by Portland’s KOIN News 6 about online safety in connection with the holiday shopping season. Calo warned about the proliferation of scam sites that look like the real thing, but are actually fakes. Links to the scam sites are often sent in e-mails. If you’re going to shop online, he said, “don’t do it through an e-mail that’s been sent to you.” He also advised only shopping on secure sites.
