Colletta Appointed to UECA Work Group

Lane Powell Shareholder Dom Colletta was recently appointed to the Uniform Environmental Covenants Act Work Group (“UECA”) of the Oregon Law Commission.  The Oregon Law Commission conducts a continuous program of law reform and proposes new substantive and procedural provisions to improve and fill gaps in Oregon law.  Work Group members are selected by the Commission based on their recognized expertise, with Work Group advisors and interested parties invited by the Commission to present the views and experiences of those affected by the areas of law in question.  To find out more about the Oregon Law Commission, visit the website.
